Return Policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO LEAVE A NOTE IN THE PACKAGE WITH THE ORDER NUMBER AND WHAT IT IS FOR.


We get many packages coming in and out, if you do not leave a note, we have no way to identify what it is and you will not receive a refund or exchange. 



We also would recommend having tracking on the packages as we are not responsible for lost packages back to us. 



To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.




Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must notify us of any fault or issues within 30 days from receipt of the parcel, after this period we are unable to issue any refunds or substitute the products.



Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as liquids for sanitary reasons, promades, disposables 



Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.



Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


If we check the item and this has been opened or used we will let you know as the refund will not be issued, but you could have the item back to you if you wish at your own return cost. 


If the item it's faulty, broken or damaged we will notify and apply the return.
